Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place on the lawn in front of the historic greenhouse at the Botanical Garden “Jevremovac”, Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade.
Set within one of Belgrade’s most beautiful and historic green spaces, the reception will provide an ideal opportunity to meet fellow participants in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of food and drinks accompanied by live music, while exchanging experiences, reconnecting with colleagues and making new professional connections.

Botanical Garden Tour
All conference participants are entitled to free admission to the Botanical Garden “Jevremovac” throughout the conference upon presentation of their conference name badge at the entrance.
Complimentary guided tours of the Garden will also be offered during the conference, providing participants with an opportunity to explore its rich botanical collections, historic greenhouse and unique cultural and scientific heritage.
The guided tour schedule will be announced in due course.
Gala Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place at Velika Skadarlija Restaurant, located at the entrance to Skadarlija, Belgrade’s famous historic bohemian quarter.
This special evening will offer participants the opportunity to enjoy authentic Balkan cuisine accompanied by live traditional music in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It will also provide an excellent opportunity to continue conversations, strengthen professional connections and experience Serbia’s rich cultural heritage and renowned hospitality.
